I'm Collin O'Connell, a web developer living in the Detroit MI area.

I work at Gardner-White as a Junior Web Developer.

As you can tell from the above GIF, I am a big fan of Star Wars. I grew up watching the original trillogy, and like alot of the legends stories.

Some of my background in Web Development is in PHP and Javascript/Typescript both client side and node.

My favorite framework right now is Remix. This site is running on Remix. I love everything about it. It clicks all those buttons in my mind. Others frameworks I have used are Laravel, Express, React Native and Ionic.

At my current job and previous I have had a focus on Web Accessibility, with a focus on usability.

I am a contributor to Hooligan Hymnal. My main contribution to the project has been creating the UI for the Admin Server. Allowing users to create and make the necessary changes they might need to make. It is currently written with Express and Pug as the templating engine and Mongoose/Mongo as the database layer. I have made a few changes/fixes to the React Native Client.

When not coding, I enjoy relaxing with my family, reading, watching movies, watching soccer, and going to watch, DCFC (Detroit City Football Club) at there statium in Hamtramik MI, or at their Clubhouse in Detroit.
